Kids' Swim Lessons

 
A LESSON FOR LIFE!
Your children will learn specific swim instruction based on their needs with the
safety of our indoor heated 4ft pool for one hour twice a week for two weeks.

NEVER GIVE-IN & NEVER GIVE-UP

Getting and Staying healthy is a big life continuing goal. It takes a lot of time and work. Sometimes along this journey, it's easy to venture off and lose sight of what you really set out to do. So let us remind you of a few things before you get discouraged or stop moving forward or just get pressed for time:

You need to challenge yourself to push your body to new heights and max out your exercise efforts. We don't mean, kill yourself every workout or stay on a 2 A-Day stretch. We mean, you have to give your body a chance to "feel" what its doing. Those happy feelings you get during and after a workout is your body telling you "Good Job & Thank You"! You will know the difference between a workout well done and an "uh-oh" I messed something up...Trust Us.

Yes, it gets tough. Yes, you may get sore. Yes, you may feel too tired to even go. Yes, time is of the essence and it's always easier to stay at home.... but "is it really" or do you feel Amazing after you've made it to the gym, had a great workout, or at least grabbed a few minutes for yourself. We've all been there and most likely we'll always regret missing that class or those strength training sets.... but it is certain...that We will NEVER regret it when we've knocked out a weightlifting session or that class cool down is finally over.

It's a.... "Man has it been a long day but we are so happy we got that workout in (Sanity-Loading.... Reboot Complete) Kinda Feeling"!

Hang in there, because eventually the results will come.

It just might take some time to get there, but it will be totally worth it!

THE EXCUSE & THE FIX

 

You’re tired. You’re busy. You’re watching the kids. You’re on the road, and unfamiliar with the area. We hear you, and we know what you’re thinking: Skipping just one workout can’t hurt, can it? Unfortunately, it can: Missing even a single workout can initiate a downward spiral, increasing the likelihood that you’ll skip another one.

So... even if you've missed a whole month, it's never too late to jump back into action and redeem yourself!! LETS GET STARTED...

Excuse: You’re Too Tired at the End of the Day

The Fix: First, fuel up smarter in the afternoon and grab a protein shake. Then, grab a buddy. Research shows it's always easier with a partner to help keep you motivated and get the workout mission accomplished.

Excuse: You Don’t Have an Hour to Work Out

The Fix: Who says your workout has to take an hour—or even 30 minutes? Less than 10 minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT) performed within a workout lasting less than 30 minutes can improve aerobic capacity and exercise tolerance (i.e., stamina) in just a few weeks,

Excuse: You Can’t Exercise and Watch Your Kids at the Same Time

The Fix: FREE Childcare here @ The Wellness Center! (ages 6 months - 12 years) When they're 12+... sign them up to workout with you!

 

Excuse: You're Not Sure Where to Start

The Fix: Schedule an appointment for an Orientation with our Fit-Staff, join a Group Fitness Class or hire a Personal Trainer!

Orientations help you become acquainted on all of the equipment we have to offer in our facility.

Group Fitness Classes help you meet new fellow fitness buddies and offer tons of different training styles.

Personal Training gives you all the tools you'll need to accomplish all your health & fitness goals.

NO MATTER WHAT THE EXCUSE IS... THERE'S ALWAYS A FIX!
