Excuse: You’re Too Tired at the End of the Day
The Fix: First, fuel up smarter in the afternoon and grab a protein shake. Then, grab a buddy. Research shows it's always easier with
a partner to help keep you motivated and get the workout mission accomplished.
Excuse: You Don’t Have an Hour to Work Out
The Fix: Who says your workout has to take an hour—or even 30 minutes? Less than 10 minutes of high intensity interval training
(HIIT) performed within a workout lasting less than 30 minutes can improve aerobic capacity and exercise tolerance (i.e., stamina) in just a few weeks,
Excuse: You Can’t Exercise and Watch Your Kids at the Same Time
The Fix: FREE Childcare here @ The Wellness Center! (ages 6 months - 12 years) When they're 12+... sign them up to workout with you!
Excuse: You're Not Sure Where to Start
The Fix: Schedule an appointment for an Orientation with our Fit-Staff, join a Group Fitness Class or hire a Personal Trainer!
Orientations help you become acquainted on all of the equipment we have to offer in our facility.
Group Fitness Classes help you meet new fellow fitness buddies and offer tons of different training styles.
Personal Training gives you all the tools you'll need to accomplish all your health & fitness goals.
